Who Is Foxy Print?

At FoxyPrint, we don’t just print — we craft stories. Every item is made to order with care, attention and a personal touch. We respect your time, your style and your budget. Our goal? To make custom both affordable and fun.

What is the shipping fee?

+ We are providing international shipping.

However, due to some postal problems, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area and some small countries. The shipping cost is $7.99 for the first item, plus $3 for each subsequent 0.5 kg of weight. 

The maximum shipping cost is $46.99

Buy from 15++ items get free shipping.

How long does shipping take?

+ Normal Shipping:

+ Production Time:  2 - 4 Days (Depends on your product)

+ Shipping Time (UK, EU, US, CA) : 7 Business days.

Note: Your order may arrive later than expected, depending on the carrier, but no more than 30 days (from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.) Some packages to remote areas, islands can take up to 45 days. Some packages need to be picked up by the customer at the local post office, please contact to pick up the package when notified.

How to track my order ?

+ You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order every time! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. You can track your order at this link: Tracking Order

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is after your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this case.

What payment methods do you accept?

+ We currently accept the following forms of payment:

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover  via Stripe

Debit Cards:  We accept debit cards featuring the Mastercard or Visa logo. If you’re paying with a pre-paid debit card, you must register them before using them for online purchases. You can do this by following instructions on the card or contacting their own support teams.

PayPal: PayPal allows members to have a personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for easy payment at checkout.
